Into The Sagaing Hills
The Sagaing Hills in the distance from across the Irrawaddy River. The hills are a religious and monastic center located about 15 kilometers south of Mandalay and on the opposite (west) side of the river. They contain numerous pagodas and meditation centers for Buddhists. And other interesting stuff.
Many of the pagodas are connected by covered walkways across the hills.

The word spread quickly around the hills that VIPs Faye and Steve were passing through. Entire villages flocked to see these famous visitors - Just Kidding! These folks were heading to a local festival.
